As Vice President of PharmaSource Group, a division of The Execu|Search Group, Melissa leads strategic planning and growth initiatives, operations and recruitment strategies for the Life Sciences line of business.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Melissa has served a multitude of industries with a specialized focus in pharmaceuticals research and development. Prior to joining The Execu|Search Group, she held various leadership positions at Randstad Pharma, where she built the division’s national and global recruitment teams from the ground up.
Known for her relationship-driven approach, Melissa is committed to maintaining the highest levels of service for her clients—a practice she instills in her team. “I believe in facilitating a team environment that values innovation, service and delivery, and enthusiasm,” she says.
Melissa and her husband have three children. In addition to spending time with friends and family, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and giving back to the community through her volunteer efforts.
As Vice President of PharmaSource Group, a division of The Execu|Search Group, Victoria leads business development and account relations for the Life Sciences division.
Victoria brings over 20 years of industry experience to The Execu|Search Group. Having held various leadership positions at life sciences staffing firms, including Randstad Pharma, she has helped many clients streamline their talent acquisition process through her individualized approach.
“A strategy that works for one company might not work for another, so I always consider each client’s big picture goals,” says Victoria. “From workplace culture to the skillset in demand, there are many unique factors to consider. As a result, I take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level to ensure I propose a solution that is aligned with their specific needs.”
Victoria shares a passion for outdoor adventure with her husband and four children. She has a soft spot for all animals and enjoys helping young adults achieve their full potential.
As director of strategic resourcing, Jane develops and implements recruitment plans focused on acquiring high quality talent to clients in a timely manner. Jane’s career in the staffing and recruiting industry spans more than two decades and reflects demonstrated success building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike.
The pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare industries make up the majority of her experience in staffing and recruiting. Most recently, Jane was the top producer at Randstad Pharma and the first recruiter to bring in over $2 million in business over a single calendar year. She received numerous awards for her performance including the “Best In Blue” award recognizing producers who both exceed their goals and serve as role models for the company. In addition to her solid recruiting experience, Jane brings extensive background in client services including several years as a resource manager supporting clinical contract positions at Abbott/Abbvie.
An active listener who consistently works at a high level and with integrity, Jane is passionate about matching talented professionals and understands how it can change lives. Jane is married with two children and enjoys cooking, traveling, improving her golf game and running marathons—especially with her father.
